Experience in Design/Quality Control/cost estimation/ Production is preferable. Knowledge on TRIBON, AUTO-CAD, PRIMAVERA, BAAN-ERP, MS-Project, and ANSYS would be an added advantage. Also experience in handling Government correspondences, project reporting, analyzing data, and preparation of budgets is desirable. Persons in the rank of Lt. Commander and Lieutenant Equivalent in Coast Guard/Indian Navy and meeting the above requirements may be considered.

f) A pass in Odia Language test equivalent to ME standard is essential.Alternatively the candidate has to pass the requisite language test in Odiawithin time-period to be prescribed.
g) Where ever CGPA/OGPA or letter grade in a degree is awarded; equivalentpercentage of marks should be indicated in the application form as per normsadopted by the University/ Institute.
h) Only SC/ST candidates called for written test will be reimbursed journeyexpenses (to and fro) by 2nd Class Railway / Bus by the shortest route onproduction of copy of the ticket.
i) Candidates working in State/ Central Government/ PSUs should forward theirapplications through proper channel or shall produce a No ObjectionCertificate (NOC) at thetime of personal interview.
